Lemon-Lime Vinaigrette Recipe

This tasty vinaigrette from our Beautiful Living cookbook will give you a healthy dose of vitamin C. Drizzle it over your favorite seafood or salad dish for delicious citrus flavor. We make our vinaigrettes with grapeseed oil because it's neutral in flavor and does not oxidize easily. Feel free to experiment with other oils for different flavor profiles. Extra-virgin oilive oil can be substituted for any of the oils below.



¼ cup fresh lemon juice

¼ cup fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons honey

½ teaspoon kosher or sea salt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

¼ cup water

¾ cup grapeseed oil



In a blender, add all of the ingredients except the grapeseed oil and pulse. With the blender running, slowly drizzle the grapeseed oil in until completely incorporated. Set aside in the refrigerator.
