Unlike many traditional cocktails, this mocktail contains no added sugar, the sweetness comes from pineapple!
Pineapple is a great source of vitamin C and manganese. Manganese is a trace mineral required for many parts of metabolic processes, antioxidant defenses, and hormone production. Pineapple also contains a digestive enzyme called bromelain, which can help reduce gas and bloating after meals.
Vitamin C from the lime, provides a great source of antioxidant content to protect cells, promote longevity, and keep the immune system optimized.
MCT’s from coconut milk- known as Medium Chain Triglycerides, they are a beneficial type of fat that can help to increase focus and provide a quick energy source for the body to utilize.
