Cristen is a certified Soul Guided Journey Practitioner, Meditation Teacher and Yoga Practitioner experienced in creating a space for individuals and groups to access inner wisdom to bring more peace and harmony into their lives. She has trained under several teachers over the past 10 years. With her knowledge in neuroscience as well as the energy systems in the body, she brings an integrative approach to her work.
